Cauliflower Spinach Bake
1 head of cauliflower, chopped
1 bag of spinach, steamed
1/4 bag frozen peas
1 jar Alfredo sauce
3 strips of bacon, chopped
1 cup of breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix everything together and put the bacon on top and then the breadcrumbs. Cook for 45 minutes to an hour. Yum!
